After a client signs the retainer agreement, our in-house design team collaborates closely with them to select materials that align with their vision and project needs. We guide clients through the process by discussing their preferences, offering expert advice, and presenting a curated selection of samples. Absolutely! If your project scope is large enough to require permits, our team will take care of all the necessary paperwork and approvals before we begin.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to accommodate client requests even mid-project. While changes like paint colors or backsplash tiles can often be adjusted, certain items, such as custom-ordered cabinets, may not be returnable. To prevent issues, we ensure clients approve all materials before purchase.
